Titus-18months

I tried to do a mini photo shoot with Titus. I got this great shot.

And then this happened...

Titus...

has a great grin

is into exploring anything & everything

put his fingers through the fire of a candle

sprayed himself in the face with Shout stain spray

cries every time he has to come in from playing outside

loves cats & dogs

has started saying, "CHOO CHOO" anytime he hears a train, or sees any type of vehicle

signs "dog" anytime he hears a dog bark or sees a dog

blows a kiss when he signs "thank you"

has been accused of having a mullet

likes to use a spoon and fork

has mastered going down stairs

isn't always a fan of his car seat

has been working on 4 teeth (and drooling A LOT)

has been tolerating 1 glass of cow's milk a day (Hooray!)

has a love/hate relationship with taking a bath

likes throwing balls

takes his shoes of constantly

can reach anything on our kitchen counters and moves the desk chair to reach EVERYTHING

loves to clap and dance to music

Snappin' Beans

When I was little we used to sit on my Mom-o's porch and snap green beans from her garden. Her and Pop-o always had an amazing garden. Even though we didn't plant green beans in our garden this year Gramy shared a BIG bag full with us. The girls enjoyed learning how to help snap them. It was fun to teach them how to do something I learned from my Mom & Mom-o.

(Faith picked this outfit herself. She seemed to think tie die+tie die=matching, not so much. Her and her sister were matching in their tie died shirts.)
Titus also tried to help...but I think we have another summer or two before I would consider his contribution helpful.

Playgroup Pool Party

This summer I was in charge of our play group while Karen had a baby. We had a fairly small group, but it went well and we made some new friends. I didn't do a very good job of taking pictures though. These pics are from a pool party we had.

Love this picture of Titus.
We had everyone bring a "trail mix" ingredient and the kids made their own trail mix. This worked really well.
